Join Our Team:

An exciting opportunity exists for the appropriately skilled persons to join an inclusive, high performing team at Chameleon Strategic, delivering bespoke security services for high-net-worth individuals and their families.

We are seeking driven individuals, who are motivated to become part of a team working in a dynamic, highly professional landscape, that will involve physical security, as well as the monitoring of properties and assets.

In seeking a new role, we anticipate you have developed a strong idea of the type of organisation and people you want to work with, where your values naturally align and are shared by your peers, where the role you play is integral to the success of the company as a whole and, where the rewards recognise the skills, experience and values you bring.

The Opportunity:

As a GSOC Operator with Chameleon Strategic, you'll play a vital role in the safety and security of our clients. The role will be working within our Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) alongside a team of skilled professionals. You will be working with the aligned goal to coordinate responses to any perceived risks or threats to property, clients and connections of clients, to mitigate the chance of harm or loss.

Your responsibilities will include assessing and mitigating potential threats, monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, maintaining daily reporting logs, and providing support to our field-based Risk and Security Specialists. You will also be working to continually enhance our 24/7 operational physical security services and at times be managing the operations of the GSOC.

Specifically, the GSOC Operator is also responsible for coordinating and ensuring that actions are appropriate and communicated effectively.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with clients and team members.

To be considered for the role, you will need to hold and maintain the following mandatory qualifications:

  • Private Security License covering activities such as Unarmed Guard, Control Room Operator, and Monitoring Center Operator
  • Advanced First Aid certification
  • Current Driver’s License
  • National Police Check
  • Working with Children clearance

Those with experience in law enforcement, military, security management roles, or a combination of relevant education and experience, are encouraged to apply.
