Spare Parts Interpreter

We have a great opportunity for a permanent full time  Parts Interpreter to join our experienced team. We are looking for a committed team member to provide support to our team and loyal customer base. The successful applicant will be a customer service champion, have previous experience or a passion for Auto Parts, enjoy a fast-paced work environment as well as being able to learn new processes and systems quickly.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Inbound phone & online sales processing
• In-store customer service.
• Order & receipt incoming stock
• Process & pick purchase orders
• Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance

REQUIREMENTS:

• Exceptional communication skills
• A customer service champion
• Experience or a passion for auto parts
• Well presented
• Great phone manner
• Ability to influence & negotiate 
• Ability to translate technical problems to simple solutions
