Air Conditioning Installers & Service Technicians

The Company

Founded in 2020, Reactive Air is a Brisbane-based air conditioning company with commercial maintenance contracts between North Brisbane and Gold Coast. We deliver both service and installation services for our growing customer base which is spread across residential, commercial and industrial sectors. We are people-focused and strive to look after and reward all of our staff for their efforts and tenure.

The Role

We are currently on the look out for both qualified installers and service technicians to join our team.

Our ideal installer would be someone who:

Takes pride in their workmanship and is across relevant Australian Standards. We endeavour to deliver mechanical services projects in-house as much as practicable, installing refrigerant pipe work, drainage and sheet metal / P3 duct work so would suit someone who has a varied skill set. Currently delivering projects such as school buildings and industrial sites, relatively light to medium commercial applications. 

Whether you are a service technician or installer, we are ideally looking for someone who has a minimum of 2-5 years post trade experience; on the job training to be provided where necessary.

High remuneration as well as other benefits will be offered to the suitable candidate. All discussions confidential.

 

Our ideal service technician would be someone who:

Has a proven track record in maintaining and repairing AC systems, from domestic applications, through to commercial air conditioning equipment, including centralised air handling plant.

Reactive Air offers a wide level of exposure to its technicians, maintaining a substantial number of commercial buildings throughout the greater Brisbane area.

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

• Driver's Licence
• Australian residency
• Cert III Trade Certificate 
• ARCtick Licence (QLD)
• QBCC Occupational Licence
• Restricted Electrical Licence (QLD) 
• Own hand tools
• Good communication skills
• Strong work ethic, customer focus, and positive attitude

• $55+ per hour, depending on experience
