Pasiv Fire is a well-respected, Wollongong-based fire protection company specialising in the inspecting, testing, installation, maintenance and certification of passive fire protection systems. Our current projects span a variety of industries (infrastructure, health care, government, real estate; to name a few), in various locations from Sydney to the South Coast.
As we are experiencing continuous growth, we are seeking to expand our team with the addition of a full-time Projects Supervisor.

We are looking for a New Projects Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Pasiv Fire a leading local business in the Illawarra region.
As a New Projects Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing new projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for coordinating teams, resources, and schedules while ensuring safety and quality control. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about leadership, project management, and delivering results.
About the Role
As a Passive Fire Systems Projects Supervisor some duties will include:
If you meet the criteria and experience of a Passive Fire Systems and/or Site Supervisor, you will not only work alongside our technicians, but will be responsible for coordinating their work and managing the project’s progress, adapting as required to meet deadlines, and reporting back to the project management team.

Benefits
The hourly rate for a Supervisor, will range from $45.00 - $55.00 per hour including super, award allowances and vehicle. These rates may change due to experience and what you can offer the business.
A six month performance and pay review will be conducted.
