Food Truck Manager

Burger Head a gourmet burger joint run by a couple of fine dining trained chefs is looking for someone to join our events team and manage our food truck fleet!

 

We participate in events of all sizes providing lots of experience for the right candidate who is interested in running their own food truck one day or interested in event management. 

 

Requirements: 

Kitchen Experience Controlling A Pass and Grill Section

Ability To Train Staff

Ability To Problem Solve

Driver's License with the ability to Tow a vehicle.

Happy to occasionally travel for work out of Sydney

Ability for a 7-day rotating roster

 

What the Job Looks Like:

Packing The Truck for Events

Bumping In and Out of Events

Prepping For Events

Running services at the event

Organising Stock and the team for the event

• Melbourne F1 Grand Prix
• Royal Sydney Easter Show
• As well as a number of private jobs at homes/offices around Sydney.
