Fleet Quoting & Acquisitions Assistant

With a network of branches across WA, QLD, NSW & VIC Corefleet has become a supplier of choice in the provision of light commercial vehicle rental, lease, including set-up and maintenance, for the mining, oil and gas and civil construction sectors.

Providing administration support and assistance to our Fleet Services Department. 

The key responsibilities are as follows:

• Administer all quoting requests from the branch network, key account & business development teams.
• Seek external supplier quotes in support of leasing services.
• Create, up-date & finalise fleet leasing quotations as required.
• Create, up-date & finalise rental fleet capex requests as required.
• Administer the vehicle capex process including compilation & distribution of supporting documents for authorisation.

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes: 

• Certificate in Business Studies/Administration is desirable
• Experience working in a similar role with either asset acquisition or complex quoting requirements is desirable
• Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Excel, development work desirable
• Demonstrated ability to learn and understand the products and services of the business
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a quality service to meet customer needs
