About the role

Schultz Mechanical Repairs' is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Administration/Sales Assistant to join our team in Clare, SA.  Previous experience is not a requirement, a traineeship can be offered to an entry level candidate.

This full-time role will provide vital administrative and sales support to our growing automotive repair business. As part of a small and friendly team, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth running of our operations.

 

What you'll be doing

• Providing customer service, including greeting customers, handling enquiries, and booking vehicles for repair
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
• Processing sales transactions and maintaining accurate financial records
• Supporting the workshop team with administration and spare parts
• Ensuring the office and reception area are well-presented and organised
• Contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the business

 

What we're looking for

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A team-player with a positive and proactive attitude
• Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office suite
• Willingness to learn new skills and software as required for the position
