Currently recruiting Electricians for a FIFO role working on a 2 & 1 roster.

Project expected to go for 6-8 months.

Full time position (Roughly $15k gross a fortnight)

Job requires an immediate start, please only apply if available immediately.

Point of hire will be Darwin or Cairns.

Qualifications & experience  

• Current Drivers Licence
• NT Electrical Licence (Preferred)
• Current Working at Heights
• LVR/CPR Certificate
• High Risk Licence (EWP)
• White Card (Construction Card)
• Ability to provide at least two contactable work-related references
• Pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol Test
• Previous industrial experience

 

Tasks & responsibilities

• Terminating Switchboards.
• Glanding and terminating.
• Pre-commissioning.
• Completion of ITRs.
• Point to point testing.
• Terminating and Meggering motors.
• Ensuring safety remains priority number one by carrying out all work safely and in accordance with correct HSE and operating procedures.

 

FIFO Rates

2&1, 12hrs per day

$57/hr Perm

$4 Site allowance - Flat all hours

$1 Tool allowance - Flat normal time hours

$300/wk conditional project completion bonus

(works out to about $15k a swing including the bonus)
