We are a small residential joinery manufacturer dedicated to delivering high-quality joinery solutions. Our team is passionate about craftsmanship and innovation, and we are looking for a skilled Leading Hand Cabinet Maker / Carpenter Joiner to join us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a small team to manufacture and deliver residential joinery.
• Operate CNC machines, panel saws, and edge banding equipment.
• Assemble joinery components and load trucks for site deliveries.
• Deliver joinery to site using a truck.
• Ensure all joinery is delivered to site, on time, in full, and defect-free.
• Ensure the joinery adheres to our rigorous quality control standards, with thorough checks to maintain high-quality output.
• Train and support apprentices.
• Coordinate and cooperate with the design and administration team.
• Extra experience in site installation or site maintenance is a bonus.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in CNC operation, panel saw operation, edge banding, assembly, and site deliveries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
