Titan Ford - Service Advisor (12 month Contract)

The role

Exciting 12-Month Opportunity! Join our vibrant Titan Ford team in Brookvale, NSW, as a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor. This full-time role offers a fantastic 12-month fixed-term contract for a motivated individual ready to be the face of our dealership, providing exceptional customer service and effectively managing the service and repair process for our valued clients.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly greet and assist customers, actively listen to their concerns, and provide solutions to their vehicle service and repair needs.

• Prepare detailed repair estimates, and communicate these effectively to customers

• Schedule and coordinate service and repair work, ensuring timely and efficient completion

• Maintain detailed records of all service and repair activities, including parts used and labour hours

• Liaise with the service team, technical staff & management to ensure customer vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standards

• Proactively identify additional service and repair opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry

• A strong mechanical knowledge/background

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on finding solutions

• Proficient in using automotive service management software and tools

• Thorough understanding of vehicle service and repair processes, as well as automotive industry regulations and best practices

• Exceptional time management and organisational skills to effectively juggle multiple tasks and priorities

• A passion for providing outstanding customer service and a commitment to the automotive industry.

• Holder of current NSW driver’s licence
