Summit Fleet established in Australia in 1997 is a leading provider of Fleet Management and Leasing solutions including some of the most advanced web based support for customers in the market.  We also bring to the industry an experienced management team and security.

Summit Fleet is seeking an experienced and proactive Relationship Executive to join our team located in Preston VIC. You will be reporting to the State Customer Service Manager and have a flexible approach, good time management and organisational skills with a high attention to detail. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills in order to liaise well with all levels of staff and clients.

Job tasks and responsibilities

The role will see you working closely with the VIC team on a daily basis to manage our portfolio of clients. Typical tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Day to day contact with clients.

• Answering incoming enquiries via email and telephone.

• Data analysis and reporting.

• Creation of client reviews using analysis tools and presentation applications such as PowerPoint.

• Managing the CRM database to ensure all interactions are captured and details are up to date.

• Develop skills to prepare credit applications and annual reviews to manage our portfolio of clients.

Skills and experience

You will have two year's minimum experience in a client relationship role - preferably in the vehicle fleet industry or finance.  You have a high level of customer service, initiative and a desire to learn and grow to develop your career.  Key attributes include:

• The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a dynamic team.

• Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills.

• Be capable of handling multiple tasks.

• Initiative to ensure consistent follow up when necessary.

• Competency in the Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint.

• Exposure to SME, Corporate and Not for Profit clients.
