Jackson's Parts N Industrial Supplies is seeking a talented and experienced Parts Interpreter to join our team in Chinchilla, Queensland. As a Parts Interpreter, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers by accurately identifying and sourcing the right parts and accessories to meet their needs. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary.

What you'll be doing

• Providing exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately identifying the correct parts and accessories

What we're looking for

• Mechanical experience or similar parts interpretation or customer service role within the automotive industry

• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to quickly identify and recommend the right parts and accessories

• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate effectively with both trade and retail customers

• Proficient in using computer systems

• A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure

• A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences
