Site Supervisor - Project Manager

Toser Design is a 100% family-owned and operated company that have been designing, manufacturing, supplying and installing quality kitchens and cabinetry to some of Australia’s most trusted builders and the South Australian community for many years.

Due to ongoing business growth and new long term contracts, we are looking for a highly experienced Site Supervisor to join our tight-knit team at our Marleston Head Office or Lonsdale Manufacturing Facility.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified cabinetmaker, and will be highly organised, motivated and detail oriented. This is the perfect opportunity to build your career with a leading South Australian joinery company, working with some of Australia’s best builders. 

About the role

In this role, you will be required to:

• Supervise and manage our installer and subcontractor team
• Manage and schedule installations and maintenance services
• Conduct check measures and Quality Assurance on products and installations
• Act as the key point of contact for builder clients and customers
• Communicate regularly and collaboratively with the drafting, design and production teams to ensure project success
• Proactively communicate with builders and site managers/supervisors to ensure correct installation and customer satisfaction
• Establish and maintain positive, close working relationships with builders and site supervisors.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will possess: 

• 5+ years of proven experience as a site supervisor
• Previous experience as a cabinetmaker in a cabinetmaking business
• A current white card
• A driver’s licence with the ability to drive a manual car
• Extensive experience and confidence in communicating with customers, managing conflicting priorities and resolving conflict as required
• A positive, hardworking, team-driven approach to your job
• Impeccable problem-solving skills
• A high-level of computer literacy (including Excel)
• The ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
