We are currently seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join our growing team in the following factory-based roles:

• Precast Concrete Finisher ( ABN holders and subcontractors are welcome to apply)

• Precast Carpenter/Formwork (ABN holders and subcontractors are welcome to apply)

• Gantry Crane Operator

Job Description:

Depending on the position, duties may include:

• Manufacturing high-quality precast products in accordance with drawing specifications.

• Producing and finishing high-quality precast concrete products in line with shop drawings

• Placing, screeding, vibrating, and finishing concrete (including trowel machine operation)

• Formwork carpentry: cutting, assembling, and lining moulds for precast elements

• Operating gantry cranes to safely move panels and materials around the factory

• Performing patching, repair, sealing, and surface treatments (e.g., acid wash, texture)

• Reading and interpreting engineering or reinforcement drawings

• Following safe work practices and PPE protocols

• Maintaining tools and work areas in a clean and orderly condition

• Working efficiently with the team to meet production deadlines

 Required:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in precast concrete, carpentry, or crane operation

• Ability to read and understand shop/engineering drawings

• Physically fit and capable of manual labour

• Skilled in using hand and power tools

• Strong attention to detail and safety

• White Card (required)

• Gantry Crane Licence (required for crane operators)

• Forklift or EWP ticket (desirable)

• Drivers Licence (required)

• Trade qualifications in carpentry or concreting (preferred but not essential)

• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
