We are currently seeking reliable and professional Night Security Guards to join our team across various sites, including a Full time Shopping Centre position in the Eastern Suburbs.

Positions Available:

• Full-Time Night Security Guard (Shopping Centre) Eastern Suburbs.

• Night Security Guards – Multiple Sites (Full-Time, Part-Time, and Casual Roles)

Location: Eastern Suburbs and Sydney Metropolitan Areas.

About the role
Section 4 Security is seeking a full-time, Part time  and Casual Security Officer to join our team. you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises and their customers. This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential security risks.

What you'll be doing

• Patrolling premises and monitoring for any suspicious activity or potential security breaches

• Responding quickly and appropriately to security incidents or emergencies

• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on any security-related matters

• Providing excellent customer service and a reassuring presence to customers and clients

• Collaborating with the management team to implement and enforce security protocols

• Ensuring the secure handling and storage of client assets and valuables

 

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a security officer or in a similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail

• Thorough knowledge of relevant security procedures and legislation

• A current security license and a clean criminal record check

• Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including weekends and public holidays
