At Noble Automotive, we’re on the search for a motivated and experienced Used Car Manager to take charge of our pre-owned vehicle operations. This is a unique opportunity to lead within the Volkswagen brand while working in close collaboration with the Noble Toyota team, located within the same automotive precinct.

You’ll manage your own team and stock under Volkswagen, while having the advantage of daily engagement with the Toyota team—sharing insights, trade opportunities, and aligning on customer needs in a fast-moving, multi-brand environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquiring Stock: Sourcing quality pre-owned vehicles from various channels, negotiating prices, and ensuring stock meets customer demand.

• Managing Inventory: Overseeing all aspects of used inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and timely updates to advertising platforms.

• Sales & Delivery: Leading by example in delivering high standards of customer service, ensuring the successful sale and delivery of vehicles.

• Team Leadership: Training, mentoring, and managing a team to meet and exceed performance targets while fostering a positive work environment.

• Advertising & Marketing: Ensuring the timely and accurate representation of stock across all platforms, driving sales and customer interest.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in managing a successful used vehicle department with a strong sales history.

• Exceptional stock acquisition skills and understanding of vehicle pricing.

• Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and training.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
