We are seeking a dedicated Washroom Service Technician to join our team in Wangaratta. No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive onsite training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of Washroom Products:

  • Sanitary and nappy bins

  • Soap dispensers

  • Air fresheners

  • Urinal mats and WC sanitisers

  • Hygiene cleaning treatments for urinals, troughs, and toilets

• Safety and Compliance:

  • Adhere to all safety procedures and training

  • Comply with all WHS practices and policies

• Customer Service:

  • Deliver 5-star service to all customers

  • Provide solution options based on service observations

  • Timely reporting of any site discrepancies

  • Understand client needs and identify opportunities to improve service standards

• Quality and Improvement:

  • Commit to quality service delivery and continuous improvement

  • Understand hazard identification and risk management

Position Requirements:

• A valid driver’s licence

• Physically fit with the ability to stand/walk for extended periods

• Working with Children and Police Check

• Ability to use mobile technology

• Flexibility in working hours
