✅ Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service that builds long-term trust and loyalty

  • Communicate clearly with customers about service needs, repairs, and maintenance options

  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnostics and timely repairs

  • Efficiently schedule service appointments, balancing workload and department efficiency

  • Keep customers informed with timely updates and professional follow-up

  • Proactively identify and recommend additional service opportunities based on vehicle history and inspections

  • Prior experience in a similar Service Advisor role (Toyota experience highly regarded)

  • Strong automotive knowledge and customer-first communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Professionalism, attention to detail, and a drive to achieve results
