At Diverse Garage, we repair vehicles to a higher standard — for clients who care, with a team that takes pride in their craft.

We’re based in Old Toongabbie, Western Sydney, and we’re building a culture-first, quality-driven workshop that values people as much as output. From everyday vehicles to prestige and enthusiast cars, we do things properly no rapid repairs, no micromanagement.

What the job actually looks like:

You’ll be working in a growing, values-driven team, supported by a manager who’s walked the same path. You’ll have the autonomy to run your jobs well, without being micromanaged.

You’ll be:

Working alongside a tight-knit, no-ego team that values quality and consistency
Teaming up with a fully qualified tradesman (not apprentices) to raise the bar in our paint shop
Contributing to the development of efficient, high-standard paint processes
Playing a key role in shaping how the paint department runs — from workflow to culture
Helping lay the groundwork before we bring in preppers, apprentices, and detailers
Being part of a team that’s building something properly — not rushing to grow without the right structure

This is a long-term role in a workshop that values its people.
We want someone with maturity, pride in their craft, and a no-nonsense work ethic.
