Carpenter for Maintenance Company

All-rounder required for a commercial building maintenance technician role.

An opportunity is available with an established and leading company specialising in primarily Body Corporate and Commercial Building Maintenance. 
We are currently looking for a driven individual to take up a Technician role. 
This role will suit someone with a carpentry/building background or an experienced handyman.

The Role
· Commercial and Body Corporate maintenance
· General carpentry, minor roofing, fencing, retaining walls, paving etc
· Maintain a clean and safe workplace and abide by the workplace health and safety policies and procedures

Skills and Experience
· Trade Qualified Carpentry 
· Background in building/carpentry or Handyman Services
· Good skills across various aspects of building maintenance
· Excellent communication skills
· The ability to work with other trades people
· Current drivers licence (Manual)

You will also be required to interact with clients, body corporates and real estate agents so you must be well presented.

This full-time role is located in Sumner but services the wider Brisbane area. A vehicle and fuel card will be provided to you. The hourly rate will be dependent on experience. A phone and iPad is also included in the package.
