About You

You must have a passion for people which is demonstrated by your approachable nature, strong listening skills and ability to empathise.  You will deliver great experiences to our customers by being able to effectively communicate with people of all levels and having a friendly attitude.

You will be reliable, self-motivated, proactive and can use initiative.

About the Role

With your experience, you will be able to engage with prospective customers in a positive manner, providing exceptional customer service. You will build rapport with customers, helping identify their needs and providing great solutions to enhance their experience throughout every stage of their rental journey. 

The role is very hands on, working with a variety of people in various roles throughout the company. You will be exposed to many aspects of the company and assist in the day-to-day operations of the business.

You will have computer and data base experience.

You may be required to work at other metropolitan locations.

Hours of Work 

40 hour working week with additional weekend and public holiday work required as per our rotating roster.

Remuneration

An attractive salary will be offered. 

Residence Status – Must be resident or have valid visa for working rights to work in Australia. A VEVO check will be conducted to ensure compliance

To Be Successful You Will Have:

  • Experience in a customer service / retail environment.
  • Be a fantastic communicator.

  • Current driver’s license.
