An exciting opportunity has become available to join our team in our production department as a skilled Digital Print Operator operating both small and wide format equipment. If you are hardworking, a logical thinker, enjoy working to high standards and are comfortable working independently or part of a small team, then this is the job you have been looking for.

Industry experience is welcome and will be given the highest consideration however we back our ability to support and train the people who are motivated to succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain digital printing and finishing equipment, ensuring accurate and timely production.

  • Prepare supplied artwork files for print production, ensuring proper colour calibration and quality.

  • Collaborate with the design and customer service team to review print orders and provide technical expertise.

  • Monitor print jobs for quality and timely completion in an organised manner.

  • Troubleshoot issues and perform routine equipment maintenance.

  • Maintain records of print jobs and ensure compliance with standards. 

  • Maintain supplies of paper and materials. 

  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and capable of managing multiple projects.

  • Ability to self manage workload and prioritise task requirements in line with the daily objectives of the business.

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Good organisational and time management skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
