SWITCHBOARD ELECTRICIAN

Specialist Electrical Solutions (SES) is part of the BGW Group and is proudly, 100% Australian owned and is a global company.   SES is a Switchboard manufacturer, Engineering, and Project Management company of complete Electrical power system solutions.  Projects that we undertake are in the various market sectors such as Datacentres, Defence, Industrial, Mining and Commercial.

Due to the continual expansion of our business, SES has several positions available for Trade Qualified Switchboard Electricians or suitable electricians looking to upskill.

The successful candidate should be experienced in the following area:

• The ability to read schematic drawings

• Knowledge in electrical switchboards, control systems, wiring and busbar work and power distribution

• Have own hand tools

• Able to work to deadlines

• Positive, motivated and mechanically minded person

• Hard working and focussed person

• Someone who can work in a team environment and follow instructions.

• Ability to learn new skills and be proactive

• Duties not limited to the above and may involve assisting in other areas

Preference will be given to people with experience however training is available.  This is an exciting, dynamic role and is both challenging and rewarding. 

Remuneration level will be market competitive and based on the experience of the candidate.
