About the Role:

We’re seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor to join our Warwick Farm Board Plant. This is a full-time permanent role based on a Day shift, 35-hour week with paid overtime available. 

• 7am – 4pm Monday – Friday
• Saturday’s available, must be flexible to work minimum 2 Saturdays per month
• Daily overtime applies after 35-hour week and all weekend hours paid at double time

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely.

 

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Overlook and supervise daily operations of the electrical department, working hand in hand with the Mechanical Supervisor to ensure the site is supported by Maintenance.
• Ensure ongoing electrical support to the production team and upkeep of machinery and equipment to minimise downtime.
• Perform routine electrical tests, complete planned maintenance and attend breakdowns.
• Oversee and support installation and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Use continuous improvement to ensure optimal safety, efficiency and quality.
• Mentor and guide electrical team on best practice and safety.

 

What You Will Bring to the Team: 

• Electrical Qualifications with an Electrical Licence (ideally Supervisor).
• Must have Manufacturing experience, ideally within a maintenance team.
• Leadership experience or a passion for mentoring junior team members.
• Experience in Automated machinery, PLC’s and Drives beneficial.
• Adhere, uphold and maintain OHS policies and procedures.
