About the role

Indigo cut and colour is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our team in our Camp Hill, Queensland salon. This is a part-time role, offering the perfect work-life balance. As a Senior Hairdresser, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair services to our valued clientele and mentoring junior stylists.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering exceptional haircuts, colouring, and styling services to clients

• Providing personalised consultations to understand client needs and preferences

• Advising clients on the latest hair trends and techniques

• Mentoring and training junior stylists to enhance their skills and knowledge

• Maintaining a clean and organised work station

• Actively contributing to the overall success and growth of the salon

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Hairdresser in the Hair & Beauty Services industry

• Exceptional haircutting, and styling skills. Colouring skills welcomed but not main focus for this position.

• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide personalised attention to clients

• Excellent communication, perfect position for somebody wanting to come back in to hairdressing.

• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest hair trends, techniques, and products

• A passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to professional development
