CECSAA Accredited Solar Installer

$60–$70/hr | Company Vehicle | Full-Time | Melbourne-Based

Brightworks Solar Pty Ltd is a top-rated solar business based in Melbourne (Rowville), offering premium solar and battery installations. We sell and install all of our own systems (no sub-contracting), and have highly skilled apprentices to support you in your installs. We primarily use top quality brands like Tesla, Sigenergy, and Fronius, and are consistently top 10 rated on solar quotes top installers list. We’re growing fast and are on the hunt for a skilled A-Grade Electrician to join our team full-time.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a team for solar and/or battery installs

• Install and commission solar and battery systems to a high standard

• Ensure electrical and safety compliance

• Troubleshoot and resolve onsite issues

• Deliver exceptional customer service

• Work efficiently with a focus on clean, tidy installs

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed A-Grade Electrician (Vic)

• SAA accreditation required (battery accredited ideal, not essential)

• Strong solar and battery install experience

• High attention to detail and workmanship

• Good product knowledge (Tesla, Fronius, etc.)

• Confident dealing with clients onsite

• Reliable, self-driven, and efficient

• Current driver’s licence

What You’ll Get

• $60–$70/hr depending on experience
