Truck Driver

The Company:

PSA (Plastic Solutions Australia Pty Ltd) provides exceptional service to the building and construction industry offering consumable products for the concrete (precast/ tilt-up) and formwork markets.

Our division based in Wetherill Park requires an experienced truck driver to handle deliveries from the warehouse to various locations around NSW.

The Role:

• Perform local deliveries in set run order and notify site contact to arrange unloading and assist where required.

• Assist with picking & packing. Forklift licence preferable however training will be provided to the right applicant.

• To perform courteously and professionally on site.

• Cleaning truck and maintaining fuel levels at all times, including tidiness and fulfilling regular service intervals.

• Ensuring road regulations are adhered to at all times.

• Observing all WHS requirements at all times.

• Maintaining paperwork and ensuring proof of delivery is confirmed with site signatures.

Qualifications and Experience:

HR Truck Driver's Licence essential (clean driving record must be provided) and a Forklift licence is preferred however training can be provided to obtain this for the right applicant.

Previous driving experience throughout the local area and on building sites, along with warehouse environment exposure and picking/packing experience.

Some knowledge of the products required in the concrete/building industry.

Sound knowledge of customer locations and expected transit times and solid awareness of road authority requirements and road rules.
