About the Role:

We're on the lookout for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor in the Penrith area. You’ll bring your hands-on experience, and we’ll help you build on it—supporting your journey to becoming fully certified through recognised industry training.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and provide outstanding service throughout their vehicle’s service journey

• Accurately document customer concerns, vehicle issues, and service requests

• Liaise with technicians and workshop staff to ensure clear communication

• Provide cost estimates, timelines, and keep customers updated on progress

• Upsell additional services where appropriate to enhance vehicle performance and safety

• Ensure all documentation and processes meet compliance and quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or workshop

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Strong customer service focus with a professional and approachable manner

• Tech-savvy with an ability to learn dealership software systems

• A genuine interest in the automotive industry and commitment to gaining certification

• Valid driver’s licence
