Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with automotive parts inquiries both in-store and over the phone

• Learn and understand the automotive parts catalogue and stock management systems

• Support the sales team with order processing and inventory checks

• Maintain showroom presentation and ensure stock is accurately displayed

• Participate in trade school one week a month for up to 3 years.

About You:

• Passion for cars or the automotive industry

• Eager to learn and grow in a customer-facing role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, punctual, and enthusiastic

• Basic computer skills

• A current driver's license is an advantage
