About the role

 

 Maddington Meats is seeking a passionate Butcher and Apprentice Butcher to join our team at our Maddington location. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, supporting the growth and success of our thriving butchery.

 

What you will be doing

 

·       Performing a full range of butchery skills, including cutting, trimming, boning, mincing and packaging meat products to the highest standards, would still suit a qualified butcher looking to broaden their skills

 

·       Providing exceptional customer service and sharing your expertise to advise customers on product selection and preparation

 

·       Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised work environment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations

 

What we're looking for

 

·       Qualified Butcher

 

·       Be able to work in a close happy team environment.

 

·       Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance

 

·       Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety

 

·       Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently

 

·       Enthusiastic and hardworking approach with a passion for the butchery trade
