🌿 Position: Salon Manager – Full Time Hours – Leadership Role.

Rate of pay: $42.90 to $47.90 per hour.

Are you a confident leader who thrives on structure, team support, and client satisfaction? We're seeking an enthusiastic Salon Manager to oversee operations, lead our front-of-house team, and maintain the smooth, professional running of our boutique Ascot salon.

This is a non-treatment role focused on:

• Leading and mentoring team members.
• Managing appointment systems and front-of-house experience.
• Inventory, stock control, and supplier coordination.
• Client service and retention strategies.
• Rostering, business reporting, and financial procedures.
• Works with KPI’s and targets.

What You Bring:

✔ Previous experience in salon/spa management.

✔ Strong leadership and communication skills.

✔ Proficiency in salon systems (Timely, Phorest, or Shortcuts).

✔ High-level organisational and client service focus, including good multitasking skills.

✔ Calm, positive energy and a solutions-driven mindset.

Position 2: Beauty Therapist / Facialist – Permanent Casuals (15-25 hours per week)

Rate of pay: Monday to Friday $38.90 per hour, Saturday $46.90 per hour 

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Cert III/IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy – minimum 2 years in salon experience.

✔ Advanced skills in facials, brow shaping, and spray tanning.

✔ Bonus if trained in IPL Skin Rejuvenation or Hair Reduction.

✔ A holistic, wellness-based approach to skin health.

✔ Warm, confident communication and excellent client care.
