Previous managerial or leadership experience is preferable but not essential because you’ll be provided with one-on-one personal development and position training required for you to grow your competencies and confidence. What is essential though, is your desire to grow your career and skill set required to perform this role. 

As our salon manager, you’ll:

• Oversee daily salon operations
• Manage and lead a team of hairdressers
• Service salon clients
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
• Monitor and manage inventory of hair products and equipment
