About the Role

This role is for a residential pool cleaning and service technician, which involves: 

• Working in an active and dynamic outdoor environment. 
• Water testing and chemical balancing. 
• Perform scheduled maintenance procedures on pool equipment. 
• Maintain and clean a variety of pools, spas, and water features. 
• Troubleshoot and repair onsite problems. 
• Advice on water chemistry and pool equipment. 
• Maintain accurate ongoing service records for each service job. 
• Exceptional customer service, this customer-facing role involves clear communication, providing detailed recommendations, collecting job payments, and invoicing on the job.
• Upholding the Company's high standards of performance and ethics.
• Maintaining work vehicles and equipment and managing stock.
