Branch Manager

Turnbull Toyota is a family operated, well-established car dealership serving the community for over 60years.  We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service, offering top-quality vehicles and build lasting relationships with our customers.  We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations of our Yarram dealership

We are seeking someone with the following attributes:
 

• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a rural environment and foster strong relationships with the local community
• Self-motivated with a results driven approach

As a Branch Manager, you will need:
 

• Lead and manage all aspects of the dealership operations
• Supervise & mentor the dealership staff
• Ensure customer satisfaction across all aspects of the dealership
• Maintain high standards of vehicle presentation, showroom appearance and facility upkeep
• Financial reporting including monitor market trends
• Automotive or related industrial background would be beneficial 
• Base wage of $100k - $150k plus super
