Truck Driver - Tilt Tray

Waverley Forklifts has become one of the largest fully independent forklift and transport companies in Australia, specialising in Forklift Rentals, Equipment Servicing, Equipment Sales and Machinery Transport.

We are now seeking to employ a Tilt Tray driver to fill a role in our fleet.

The Role:

As part of our Transport Fleet based at the Smithfield NSW site, this role involves the following core duties, functions & opportunities:

• Operation of modern fleet of Kenworth and Hino trucks
• Extensive overtime available (estimated earnings 90-110k)
• Loading and unloading a wide variety of access machinery and material handling equipment
• Navigating efficiently through Sydney metro (and occasionally regional NSW)
• Being part of a team of employees committed to continual improvement in a supportive environment
• Ongoing training provided

The Right Person for the Role:

The successful applicant must be an individual who is enthusiastic and committed to role. 

Specifically you are able to demonstrate the following:

• Great customer service
• MR Licence required for the role but not essential for application, training can be provided for the right candidate
• Recent driving experience highly regarded, and a provision of Complete Driver History Record
• Forklift & access equipment operation experience highly regarded, High Risk Forklift licence preferred
• Willingness to be an integral part of the team and be able to work autonomously when required
