It offers guests a heightened level of luxury and pampering amidst tranquil surroundings, soothing decor, and the epitome of private pampering suites. With the finest product lines, an extensive range of treatments, and an unwavering focus on the client's journey, it is undeniable why this luxury facility holds its prestigious distinction.

We are currently seeking a highly organised full-Time Spa Receptionist to join the team. As a first point of contact for our guests, you will deliver five-star experience and ensure the highest level of service is maintained during their time in the Spa. You will also be responsible for greeting and welcoming all our Pool, Gym, and Day Spa guests.

ABOUT YOU

• Flexible availability to work across 7 days including public holidays.
• Relevant experience in a receptionist role (spa or salon experience highly regarded)
• Capable of building rapport and providing exceptional guest experiences within in a premium environment.
• Clear communication skills both written and verbal along with strong people skills.
• Immaculate grooming and presentation
• Ability to work in a demanding environment.
