About the role

Macarthur Prestige Body Shop is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Panel Shop Estimator to join our team in Smeaton Grange, NSW. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing accurate estimates for automotive panel repairs and liaising with insurance providers to ensure seamless claim management.

What you'll be doing

• Inspect damaged vehicles and identify required repairs
• Prepare detailed estimates for panel, paint, and other repair work
• Communicate with insurance companies to obtain approvals and manage the claim process
• Liaise with the workshop team to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the repair process
• Provide exceptional customer service and manage client expectations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Panel Shop Estimator
• Comprehensive understanding of automotive panel repair processes and industry standards
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies and claim procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using ibodyshop and digital tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
