We are currently seeking a Retail Marketing Specialist to support our retail brand, Repco, with the end-to-end execution of the retail promotions and associated promotions programs.

You will work closely with other GPC brands to maximise promotions efficiencies across the group and deliver within expected timeframes.

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Review, brief, develop, and execute retail and marketing promotional plans and business initiatives as required with accuracy and on time and budget
• Coordinate production of the Repco AU & NZ Retail Website assets - Brief & Develop all assets for Promotional & Tactical acvitity across AU & NZ
• Developing marketing collateral for store point of sale and other store visuals
• Plan and manage meetings, events, and activations
• Supporting and contributing to a critical path for all Retail activations
• Work closely with the Brand team to ensure the Repco brand and creative elements are executed correctly in Promotional Activity
• Achieve great outcomes for Merchandise teams and their products
• Work with our Store Operations team to execute store collateral
• Digital execution channels for retail: web, edm, social, etc
• Develop, Brief and Execute production of all Marketing Promotional requirements for Repco's Local Area Marketing Program including New Stores, Relocations and Renews
• Brief and coordinate promotions agency to sure all Promotions and Competitions are T&C compliant with accuracy and in a timely manner

Role requirements:

• 2-3 years of marketing experience with a preference for retail exposure
• Relevant marketing and graphics software proficiencies
• Confidence and capabilities in asset creation and editing
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Deadline driven with the ability to manage conflicting priorities, projects and cyclical events
• Stakeholder management with a strong team focus
