Full Job Description: Your Trades is seeking highly skilled and reliable construction labourers for long-term, high-end projects in Brisbane and the Northern Suburbs. If you have a background in demolition and general construction, particularly in residential projects, we want to hear from you!
We are looking for candidates with experience in demolition work who can assist with various tasks on-site, ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. This role offers the chance to work alongside experienced professionals and gain valuable skills that will enhance your career.

Your Next Role: In this position, you’ll work closely with the site supervisor, assisting with labouring duties, managing incoming trades, and contributing to the successful delivery of construction and demolition projects. You will also help in overseeing demolition tasks, including the safe removal of structures and debris. You’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of the day-to-day operations on-site, as well as the various stages of both demolition and construction projects. Additionally, this role offers the potential to upskill and advance your career in the construction and demolition industries.

Your Experience: To be considered for this role, you must have hands-on experience from working on both commercial and residential construction sites, specifically including demolition work in Australia. We are looking for candidates who have:

• Experience in demolition work as well as general construction labouring
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• A strong work ethic and reliability
• A valid construction safety card
• Reliable transport
• Working references from previous employers
• Additional certifications, such as a Forklift Operator ticket, are highly advantageous
