3 Point Motors, one of Melbourne's oldest and leading authorised family-owned Mercedes-Benz Agents, are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic experienced Senior Parts Interpreter to assist in our growing Parts Department in Fairfield.

Duties include:

Process parts orders and enquiries for retail and trade customers.
Provide quotations and availability checks as required.
Always provide professional & timely customer service to internal & external customers.
Order parts from other suppliers as required.
On-site assistance to trade customers if required.

Required attributes, skills and experience:

Proven automotive parts interpreter experience.
Well presented with genuine customer focus.
Ability to work independently.
Mercedes-Benz experience preferred, but not essential.
Solid work ethic and reliable attendance record.
Parts Check Experience preferred.
