The role:

  • Help manage the day-to-day operations of the parts, accessories and online department, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional customer service
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and organising parts and accessories
  • Utilise computer systems and software to accurately track and manage inventory, pricing, and customer information
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers regarding parts and accessories, helping them make informed purchasing decisions
  • Lead and motivate a team of parts and accessories staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations
  • Implement marketing strategies and initiatives to promote parts and accessories sales, including in-store displays, promotions, and online campaigns

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous experience in the motorcycle industry is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of motorcycle parts, accessories, and brands, as well as an understanding of market trends and customer preferences
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour
  • Effective leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software for inventory.
