About the Role

Plumb Well Solutions, located in Brighton East, VIC, is seeking a skilled and qualified Plumber to join our team. In this full-time role, you’ll play an essential part in delivering top-notch plumbing services to residential and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities

• Address and resolve a variety of plumbing issues, from minor repairs to major installations.

• Diagnose plumbing problems and recommend effective solutions.

• Perform routine maintenance and preventative work on plumbing systems.

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.

• Adhere to regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

• Provide guidance and training to junior plumbers, as needed.

• Accurately document all work performed and materials used.

• Work on new home projects, renovations, and maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Certificate III in Plumbing.

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a qualified plumber.

• Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems and regulations.

• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

• A meticulous eye for detail and a dedication to high-quality workmanship.

• A valid driver's license and White Card.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
