Located in beautiful East Gippsland, ARB BAIRNSDALE is now seeking a Customer Service/Salesperson to join our team!  

To be considered for this position you must have proven sales experience, a passion for the industry, extensive automotive knowledge and a strong commitment to delivering top quality service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

• Provide an excellent sales and service experience to all customers.
• Be professional in your appearance and attitude.
• Have excellent attention to detail and be able to think outside the square.
• Be a team player with great communication skills.
• Communicate effectively and respectfully with both the sales and workshop team. 
• Maintain the showroom to a high standard, including arranging stock and cleaning.
• Manage stock in our warehouse, keeping it in an organised state at all times.  A current forklift licence would be an advantage, though not a requirement.
• Be willing to learn and grow with the business.
• Be passionate, motivated and organized.
• Possess good computer skills.

We are looking for someone with a "glass half full" attitude, who is focused on solutions rather than excuses. The successful applicant will need to possess a good work ethic, be punctual and committed to the role.

Permanent, full time position with regular (paid) overtime on Saturday mornings (9-12) and some occasional travel for tradeshows is required.
