Full-Time Roles Available: Take on new business, training of new inspectors, and staff management responsibilities. Join us full-time and help us expand our services in Adelaide SA.

Part Time Roles with Hourly Rates: Flexible casual roles with competitive hourly rates are available. Ideal for those seeking flexibility while gaining valuable experience in property inspections.

Casual Roles Paid Per Job/Report: We offer casual roles where you get paid per job/report completed, providing additional earning potential based on your workload.

Requirements:

• Property Management Registration is required
• Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

What a day as an Inspector looks like:

• Our inspectors will attend Real Estate offices to collect and return keys.
• Complete reports using many different apps, and thoroughly photograph the properties.
• For Entry's/Ingoings, a detailed voice recording of the property is required (No typing - this is covered for you by our administration department).
• You will complete written reports for Routine Inspections and Exit/Outgoings Inspections.
• Ensure all reports are checked and photos uploaded daily (from the comfort of your own home).
