About the role

Combined Automotive Solutions is seeking an experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our team in Mornington. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary. We believe we have the best working environment in Hobart, enjoying what we do while working on cars. 

What you'll be doing

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle makes and models
• Carry out routine maintenance and servicing tasks
• Liaise with customers to understand their vehicle issues and provide expert advice
• Use the latest tools and equipment to efficiently complete work
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed
• Ensure a safe and organised workshop environment

What we're looking for

• Formal qualification in Automotive Mechanics or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience repairing and servicing a variety of vehicles
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and fix complex issues
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality workmanship
• A team player with a positive attitude
