Automotive Store Manager

Westralia Car Care, is a family owned automotive service and repair centre group, we are passionate about customer service and providing the best possible experience for our customers, while also meeting exceptional work and repair standards. 

Due to and internal promotion, we are on the hunt for someone who is passionate about delivering great service, motivated and results driven to lead our Malaga store. 

Being in business for over 12 years we have grown from 1 workshop with 1 technician to 3 workshops with 15 full time staff. We like to create a positive work environment that is rewarding and enjoyable to be apart off for all employees.

About the role

• Manage the workshop and team on a daily basis and ensure all customers experiences positive. 

• Create and maintain strong customer relationship's

• Leasing with clients to discuss all repairs and keeping them informed step by step.

• Quote all repairs and arrange all parts.

• Drive a positive workshop and team culture

• Ensure the workshop is keep clean, tidy and to a safe standard for staff and customers.

About you

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Prior experience in service advisor or management role required.

• Be self motivated with a strong work etic.

• Results driven with a can do positive attitude.

• Strong leadership skills and ability to work as a team leader.

• Ability work under pressure and problem solve when needed.

• Trade qualification is desirable, not essential

• Must have working rights in Australia, permanent resident or citizen. 

• Full drivers licence
