About the role

As our Graduate Vehicle Customer Support Analyst, you'll be the go-to expert for Honda Agents and Honda Australia Internal Customers, handling a variety of exciting tasks related to Vehicle Logistics, Sales, and Aftersales Systems support.

In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact to manage and resolve incoming queries with confidence and expertise, navigate multiple systems to ensure smooth transitions from campaign activation to delivery and understand associated challenges to then collaborate with different teams to find innovative solutions.

This is a Max Term, Full-Time Opportunity for 12 Months



Profile description:

How you'll make an impact

  • Assist with Honda Australia's Customer Experience Platform (CXP) systems queries, Salesforce and SAP
  • Assist with vehicle delivery timeframes, stock availability vehicle quality, damage claims processing sales and aftersales systems support
  • Support with systems training where required
  • Research, prepare and maintain motor vehicle National Government pricing and schedules, as well as Concessional pricing and schedules monthly
  • Update and maintain departmental reference materials and procedures
  • Work with regional offices and other stakeholders to address related issues
  • Develop, implement and maintain statistical and analytical reports
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all communications

What you'll bring to Honda

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Communications or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and proven organisational skills
  • High standard in resolution skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Proficient in MS Office 365
  • Understanding of SAP, Salesforce, Cognos, Confluence Collaboration and Jira Service Desk software is advantageous
  • Understanding of Automotive industry and in particular, motor vehicle stock control, will be highly regarded
