CLH Transport operates a fleet of trucks servicing Tandy Concrete,  a pre-mixed concrete supplier with fixed plants in Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Mackay, Marian and Airlie.

About the role

We are seeking full time HR Concrete (Agitators) Truck Drivers with unrestricted licence (road ranger / crash box) to join our team for work in the Capricorn Region. This is a full-time position.   In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the mixing, inspecting and delivering of pre-mixed concrete to ensure product quality and reliability.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Operate a concrete agitator truck and deliver loads to customers

• Follow instructions and perform assigned tasks efficiently

• Regularly clean and maintain the allocated truck

• Perform occasional yard maintenance as required

• Accurately complete delivery documentation 

• Communicate effectively with customers and job site personnel. 

• Adhere to  health and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications and Experience 

The successful applicant will possess the following skills and experience:

• Current valid non restricted HR license - Open licence ( road ranger / crash box)(mandatory)

• Experience driving concrete agitator truck is preferred but not a essential - full training provided

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read job instructions and maintenance of records

• Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team

• Commitment to excellent customer service 

• Self-motivated with a professional and courteous manner

• Strong commitment to workplace health, safety,  environmental responsibilities
