Caravan Park Management Opportunity

We are on the hunt for our next managers for our Caravan Park in Berry Springs, Northern Territory. An immediate start is ideal, but not essential.

About us:

AAOK Lakes Resort and Caravan Park is located in beautiful Berry Springs, just a short drive from Darwin near Litchfield National Park.  The park provides tourist and workforce accommodation, both rooms/cabins and sites. A small restaurant and bar is on site for in-house guests only and operates through the peak season (not all year round).

What we are looking for:
A single or a couple with experience in the industry who can hit the ground running. Newbooks experience is preferred (or similar), proficient in administration and reporting, with attention to detail.

Someone with experience in food handling is desired, but not essential, and an RSA will be required but can be obtained after employment is offered.

A great attitude with exceptional customer service is a must - we want someone friendly, vibrant, and an excellent leader.

The role:

Day to day management of the park, including but not limited to - rostering staff, office management, checking guests in/out, cash handling, reporting to head office, groundskeeping, laundry, housekeeping where required, marketing and focusing on improving occupancy.

The caravan park has a peak tourist season (we are coming in to this now) where we can have a small team, but also has a quiet season where the role is primarily caretaking. 

This is a live-on-site position in the manager's residence - currently a 3-bedroom furnished residence.  This role is more suited to a couple, however, we will look at a highly experienced single person. Your package will include an attractive rate, accommodation, electricity, phone calls, and internet. Days on/days off to be negotiated with the successful candidates.
