An experienced Cabinetmaker Production Manager, who possess excellent leadership, boasts attention to detail and is looking for career growth!

 TRADE SIDE:

~ Trade Qualified Cabinetmaker, plus minimum two years’ experience in Supervisor/Manager role

~ Trade advanced experience of cabinetmaking, joinery and installation works

~ Highest level of attention to detail, quality workmanship and optimal consistent productivity

~ Experience in associated materials, tools and machinery ie CNC, edger, panel saw, postformer

~ Ability to work under pressure, constructively communicate with co-workers and problem solve

MANAGER SIDE:

~ Oversee and manage daily consistent product excellency, in both factory and at installation

~ Constructively instruct/track performance of approx. 12 tradesmen, labourers and apprentices

~ Liaise with outside trades, builders and customers to merge installations smoothly

~ Liaise with Project Manager to ensure workflow matches job schedules with efficiency

~ Strong knowledge to read and interpret internal and external plans and drawings

~ Strong software skills, Excel and CAD cabinetmaking programs; learn/transfer in-house

~ Mentor co-workers on production techniques and commit to WPH&S on/off site

~ Assist in workshop or installation teams if and when needed; a positive culture

~ Speak one on one from co-workers to clients, throughout the production process
